Our Policy

Please read the following thoroughly to avoid any negative experiences such as cancellation or expulsion from the program.

• All students will be treated with respect. It is your responsibility to treat all staff with the same respect you receive. Failure to do so may result in your expulsion and exclusion from continuing the program.
• We understand the busy schedule that most people experience in daily life. You must respect our schedule as well. If you are running late, please inform your instructor ASAP.. Additionally, if you, for any reason, must cancel a training session, please let your instructor know within 24 hours of your appointed session. Two (2) "No Call/No Show" events will result in discontinuation from the program.
• Excessive absence is defined as missing two or more appointments within one month, (with or without 24hr notification) or missing more than four (4) sessions over the course of the program. Excessive absence may result in additional fees, or discontinuation of participation in the program pending review of your case.
• Black Sheep Automotive will schedule your Department of Driver Services Road Test and provide the vehicle for the test. Students may NOT contact the Department of Driver Services to schedule your road test without the express permission of your instructor.
• Black Sheep Automotive business hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Please limit all communication with your instructor to these hours.
• Fees paid to Black Sheep Automotive are an implied agreement between you and our company. We will provide you with the necessary training to assist you with your goals and you will participate in the training and follow the guidelines we set forth. If for any reason you choose not to continue with your training and/or we determine you have violated the guidelines in such a way as to warrant discontinuation of your program, there will be no refund or any fees paid. No refunds.
• Possession and/or use of drugs.... is prohibited during training sessions. You will be denied access to drive our vehicles if there is any smell of marijuana, alcohol or any other illicit substance present. If you appear to be under the influence of any substance, your session, and potentially your entire program, may be canceled at the discretion of Black Sheep Automotive.
• No weapons are allowed during your training session.
• Come to class ready to learn!

As a Student of Black Sheep Automotive, I understand it is my responsibility to complete all class assignments and earn all driving hours required to pass the driver’s road test at the Georgia Department of Driver’s Services so that I may obtain my CDL.
